When not helping her customers, Yami enjoys traveling to other countries and asking her own questions that inspire her curiosity and learning more about other cultures. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Humberto, who is also part of the Earl Carney Insurance family. Together, they’re a power couple—both in the office and out.
